Youth Against Rape

Youth Against Rape is a passionate community of young individuals dedicated to eradicating pressing social issues, including rape, false rape allegations, acid attacks, human trafficking, and child abuse. Join us in creating a safer, more just society.

Youth Against Rape (YAR), founded by Piyush Monga, is leading impactful social initiatives across India. The founder is on a remarkable cycling campaign, covering 50,000+ kilometers over three years, conducting awareness programs, particularly in rural areas. YAR has successfully organized over 300 public seminars and awareness campaigns to promote social consciousness.

The Khushiyan Banto Campaign is another heartwarming initiative, spreading joy by donating essentials to the underprivileged. Committed to environmental preservation, YAR also undertakes tree plantation drives and cleanliness campaigns.

YAR's mission is to make India rape-free by advocating for the death penalty for convicted rapists, 14-year imprisonment for false rape allegations, supporting victims, and implementing mandatory sex education in schools. In just one year since its establishment, YAR has expanded its presence with teams active in two states, striving for a safer and more just society.

We believe to motivate the youth and give back respect to the culture and the society. We fight for the right, so that justice prevails to the needy.

The time demands action! When we all know that a nation’s real progress lies in the hands of the youth building it, we must know that the same youth also holds the power to restrict all the injustice happening around. Starting from empowering marginalized women and girls of various communities to ensuring sustainable and holistic interventions transforming health, livelihood, education and deep-rooted problems, Youth Against Rape is contributing themselves selflessly to create a better world to live in.

With a noble intention of rooting out injustice from society, Y.A.R is creating awareness about several unfair deeds, among people. Like a support system, the organization not only scrutinizes a case of injustice, fairly from every angle but also helps the victim with needed legal aid. Founded in 25 may 2019 and based out in Hisar, Haryana, Youth Against Rape Community is implementing impactful and innovative social initiatives to reach out to vulnerable urban and slum people. Apart from that, being part of several international confederations help us better our internal knowledge and create a healthy network of people with similar mindsets.

I started this mission alone. I had no idea that I will find so much of people to fight against these issues with me. The vision of #rapemuktbharat is not only mine now. This has become an emotion and a reason of life for many more. I just initiated it but want you all to end it together. We need to stand and fight against it, the sooner you will realize better for everyone.

Rape is never related to a political party and has nothing to do with them. So it should be the responsibility of everyone to fight against this together.
